PropFlow helps property agents manage WhatsApp conversations with their leads. This page summarises how data is handled; a full policy is provided before go-live.
Agent account details (name, email, agency) and the contact details and message history of leads the agent communicates with via WhatsApp.
Leads enter the system by contacting the agent (keyword, tracking link, ad, or import). Any lead can reply “STOP” to opt out, after which the assistant stops messaging them.
Agents can export all their data (Settings → Export my data) and erase any contact’s data on request (from the conversation view). Contact hello@propflow.my for any data request.
